H.B. 2669 – Washington State Health Care Freedom Act
Petition to State Legislators
Whereas, the United States Congress has shown a wanton, willful disregard for the will of the people by attempting to impose unwanted and unconstitutional
Health Care legislation upon American taxpayers, and
Whereas, the federal government of the United States is insolvent, with 67 trillion dollars of debt and no conceivable way to repay the debt, and H.R.3590 - Patient
Protection and Affordable Care Act adds additional entitlement programs that neither the federal government nor the American taxpayer have means to fund, and
Whereas, the constraints on Federal authority imposed by the United States Constitution do not permit the Federal Government or an agency thereof to require any
individual to purchase health insurance coverage, and
Whereas, these limits on the Federal authority are defined in The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States which reads: "The powers not
delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people"; and
Whereas, the Tenth Amendment limits the scope of federal power, and prescribes that the federal government was created by the states specifically to be an agent
of the states, and
Whereas, the Legislature of the State of Washington has the obligation to protect and defend the citizens of Washington State from over-reaching Federal power
under the Tenth Amendment;
Therefore, we demand that you, as a Representative of the citizens of Washington State, uphold your oath of office to
protect and defend the Constitutions of Washington State and the United States by co-sponsoring and ensuring passage
of House Bill 2669, The Washington Health Care Freedom Act.

After calling Mike Dobb this afternoon I was told in no uncertain terms that under no circumstances would he even entertain the idea of permitting an information courtesy table to be allowed on any property under his control.
Unfortunately this is a common response that liberals give when faced with the conservative idea of freedom of speech or expression.
Nevertheless we/I will be on public property on TEA PARTY DAY in Puyallup in Washington State this 4th of July 2009. I'll be there handing out cards and tea bags, hopefully awakening the almost lost, deeply hidden or disguised indomitable spirit that made us Americans. (Splash, Splash...)
