Exactly who are you? Very few of us have any idea who we
really are. We have been taught since birth to go along with a great many laws,
rules, regulations, ordinances, etc. that really have nothing to do with us but
only apply to who we think and presume that we are. They are really only MYTHS!

 

YOUR “STRAW MAN”
EXPLAINED

Look in your wallet or purse and you will notice that the
name on all your credit cards, insurance cards, club cards, driver’s license or
other cards is in ALL
CAPITAL LETTERS. That is not you! That is known as your STRAW MAN.

 

WHAT IS THAT ALL
ABOUT?

In 1938 the United States Supreme Court, in a case called
Erie Railroad v. Tompkins, 304 U.S. 64, changed our justice system from one of public law to one of public policy and
determined that everything
is in Commerce. That took away our Constitutional rights replacing them
with corporate government rules and regulations. Governments and courts are not
real governments and courts; they are corporate fictions. Yes, they are all for-profit corporations!

 

In today’s “courts” we are now guilty until proven innocent
because governments, and the courts, presume that we are juristic, corporate
persons subject to their laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc.

 

However, in commerce, everything is done by contract and unlike entities cannot be joined
in commercial contract. If you cut corporations, governments, courts or
banks, they do not bleed. They are corporate fictions.

 

If you get cut you do bleed. You are real. Therefore you and
the governments, courts and banks are unlike entities and cannot be joined in contract in
commerce. You are real, they are fictions.

 

Soooooo, our government corporations created and offered to
us the STRAW MAN as the optional commercial instrument/entity to enable us to
move and operate in Commerce and changed us into “corporations” so they could
do business with us in Commerce. They invented the STRAW MAN, our name in ALL
CAPITAL LETTERS, a fictitious entity, a corporation!

 

STRAW MAN. A “front”; a third party who is put up in name
only to take part in a transaction. Nominal party to a transaction; one who
acts as an agent for another for the purpose of taking title to real property
and executing whatever documents and instruments the principal may direct
respecting the property. Person who purchases property for another to conceal
identity of real purchaser, or
to accomplish some purpose otherwise not allowed.

Are you beginning to get an idea of who you really are and
not who you have always thought you are? You are a living, breathing soul, a
child of Yahweh! You have
God given rights which are protected by the constitution, the corporate
citizens’ “civil rights” are granted by government, are called privileges, and
can be taken away by government at any time.

 

For example, living souls have the right to keep and bear
arms; “citizens”, in the “colorable” sense
of the word by which government operates in relation to you and me, have no
such right, etc., etc.. “Colorable” is a bona fide legal term for the many
frauds government commits against us. See standard or legal dictionaries or

You
were born free and sovereign. That is called your legal status. Then you
moved from sovereign legal status to all contractual by entering into a series
of contracts. This started with your well-intentioned parents’ inadvertent
recording of your birth certificate with the government. Most people are not
aware of it but no law
requires that!

 

The voluntary, and never denied by you, aspects of your STATUS is
what clinches the government’s nonexistent claim over your entire life and
person, as will be explained as we proceed.

 

Then you signed an application for a Social Security Number (no law requires that).

 

Then you signed an application for a driver’s license (no law requires that).

 

Then you signed an application for voter registration (no law requires that).

 

Then you signed an application for a marriage license (no law requires that
unless you wish to intermarry, marry a person of a different race than
yourself).

 

Then you signed a license to engage in your business or
occupation (no law
requires that)

 

Then you signed a 1040 form and filed it with the IRS (no law requires that).

 

Then you signed an application for a permit to build a
house, enter into business, collect rents, or whatever else you were asked to
do (no law requires any of
that).

 

All of the above acts were voluntary on your part and fraudulent on the state’s part. That is
because you were not fully informed of their implications, so you can avoid
them all if you know the rules of the game!!!

Now when I state that “No law requires that” I specifically mean that no law which applies to you
requires that. All laws apply to corporate beings but you can rebut the
presumption that you are a corporate being. Because they have created a
corporate entity known as our STRAW MAN, e.g. JOHN HENRY DOE, the presumption
of government and the courts is that we are juristic, corporate beings and not
living, breathing souls. But
that is a reputable presumption.

 

Reputable presumption. In the law of evidence, a
presumption which may be rebutted by evidence. Otherwise called a “disputable”
presumption. A species of legal presumption which holds good until evidence
contrary to it is introduced.

All that is required in order to rebut the presumption of
the court that we are juristic, corporate beings subject to all the laws,
rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances, etc. which governmental authorities
have thought up, or can think up, in order to gain control over us, is to serve
them with an Affidavit of Denial of Corporate Status, a Notice of Proprietory
Right of our STRAW MAN and a Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement (HHIA)
between us and our STRAW MAN all forms available on my various FORMS KITS at my

That completely rebuts the presumption that you are a
juristic, corporate being and any court, or other ‘controlling authority’ is DEAD. It cannot move forward at all and
you have won your case!

 

So? What good does that do?

 

Well, it means that you can do anything you want to on or
with your own property and in your personal behavior as long as you cause no
injury or property damage to your neighbors or anyone else. You are not subject to building
codes, zoning laws, architectural committee rules, city ordinances, property
taxes, home owners association rules, regulations, traffic tickets, lawsuits or
whatever.

 

All those laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and codes you
have always thought applied to you only applied because you let them apply. You did not
know who you are nor how to rebut the presumption that you are a juristic,
corporate being subject to whatever rules and regulations any government
corporation wishes to use to control you.

 

ANALOGY

Look at it this way; if you go to work for any corporation,
whether it be a company or a government entity, you are given a handbook of corporate rules. Those
rules usually dictate the hours you will work, the office or station you will
occupy, the company dress code, if any, parking regulations, time clock
etiquette, use of expense accounts or vouchers, ID tags and other corporate
rules and regulations.

 

All the rules and regulations apply to you because of your
contract with your employer. However, if an outsider, someone not under
employment contract to the corporation, visits the facility, do the corporate
rules and regulations apply to them? Not at all - and that is the way it is in the world of Commerce.
Everything is done according to contract!

 

HISTORY

We were all created by God who is Sovereign. The creator has authority and
control, sovereignty, over the creation so at birth we are subject only
to God. Our status is that of free men and women. Previous free men and women
created government so we have authority and control over government in the same
way that God has authority and control over us.

 

Then government created corporations over which the government has authority and
control. (See MYTH TEN of my book, You Should Incorporate Your
Business.) Then government incorporated itself. Then they incorporated us so
they could interface with and have control over us!

 

Yes, the
UNITED STATES is NOT a government but a municipal corporation as is
every state, county, city, town, village, property owners association, etc.
(Municipal entities come within the exclusive purview of Admiralty Law.)

 

The UNITED STATES (municipal corporation) only has exclusive
jurisdiction over the ten square miles of the District of Columbia, the
territories, Guam, Puerto Rico, etc. and military installations such as
shipyards, military bases, Federal Courthouses, U.S. Post Offices, etc. and, by
adoption under the Uniform Laws of the U.S. Corporation i.e. District of
Columbia, the various state legislatures voluntarily subject the people of the
states to federal process.

 

HOWEVER, there are two federal governments! First is the united
States of America formed by us free men and
women, living souls, operating under the Constitution which was written for it.
The other is the incorporated UNITED STATES with no constitution, only by-laws,
corporate rules, ordinances and regulations.

 

Congress, the House of Representative and the U.S. Senate,
make laws for both of these governments BUT they have exclusive jurisdiction
only over the UNITED STATES and not over the united
States of America or the individual sovereign
states and people.

 

They can pass any legislation they wish pertaining to the
UNITED STATES but must
adhere to the Constitution when passing laws pertaining to the united States of America and the various sovereign
states.

 

If a law is passed that is unconstitutional, it only applies
to the people who live, were born or do business in the municipal UNITED STATES
and not to those in the united States of America!
But, of course, not knowing any better, we presume that every law passed
pertains to us wherever we live, work or do business.

 

So we “ignorantly” traverse into adhesion contracts (the
legal term for these connections) which change us from free men of STATUS
to men under contract or agreement, corporate beings subject to whatever
laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc., the corporate governments wish to
place on us. Some of these adhesion contracts are:

 

Birth certificate,

Social Security
application,

DMV registration
of our vehicles,

Driver’s license,

Voter
registration,

Marriage license,

Business licenses
and others.

 

In fact, government has created a commercial STRAW MAN for
each of us so we can operate in Commerce as corporations. Each of our STRAW MEN
are corporations which are subject to their creator, the STATE.

 

The personal corporation they created for each of us is our
own name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, for example JOHN HENRY DOE. Remember . . .
they can’t reach, or do business with us directly, only indirectly with a large
portion of presumption as their additional source of power.

 

However, despite those adhesion contracts, we are still
Sovereign over the agencies which we created as evidenced by California
Government Code, Sections 11120 and 54950 which both state: “The people of
this State do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies which serve them.”
The federal Constitution and that of every State affirm the same thing. That is true in every State.

 

We, individually and corporately, are SOVEREIGN over
government agencies of whatever kind or make.

 

So the answer to the question ”Who are you?” is that you are
SOVEREIGN! You are in fact a Sovereign that has the liberty to enter into
contract. The issue of Commerce and contract is where the traps and snares wait
for you but, contrary to what you may have always thought, that changes
everything!

According to the New York Times, the kinds of “tax cheats” Obama and the Democrat-congress plan on targeting include “…self-employed painters and plumbers, small family businesses (from local florists and dry-cleaners to restaurants) and the growing legions who sell things over eBay and other Internet auction sites.” “Tax cheats come in all shapes and sizes,” explained Democratic Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, Chairman of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. Levin is pushing through a bill in Congress that would make offshore bank accounts virtually illegal. “This bill contains innovative and powerful measures that could strike an immediate and strong blow against these tax dodges,” he said in 2008. “These provisions would recover billions that could help pay for health care, education, manufacturing support, aid for wounded warriors and more.”

DATA SET 1

1. An "informal" [e.g., illegal] clinical trial of the Avian Flu
vaccine on about 200 Polish vagrants resulted in 11 immediate deaths
and an additional set of 20 later deaths (approximately 15% of the test
population). The doctors and nurses involved were charged with murder.

2. Approximately 3500 Chinese children died in an Avian Flu vaccine experiment. (Rumor, 2008)

3. The Philippine High Court convicted WHO (The World Health
Organization) of involuntarily sterilizing over 3 million Philippina
women through the use of vaccines. (Fact)

4. The WHO in 1985 documented that one of its' primary goals for the
use of a sterility vaccine disguised as a smallpox vaccine was to
"eliminate 150 million excess Sub Saharan Africans". (Fact,
1985-ongoing)

5. The WHO 5-shot vaccine programs for tetanus in third world
countries in South and Central America caused the involuntary
sterilization of millions of women. (Fact, ongoing)

6. Monsanto's MON 810 corn causes sterility according to studies published by the Austrian Government. (Fact, 2009)

7. Monsanto's MON 810 corn contains the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus
which, when ingested, lowers the bodies CD 4 cells to a point which, on
immune tests, indicate that a person has HIV/AIDS. The lowered CD 4
cells results from eating GMO corn, the staple of the diet in many
parts of Black Africa. MON 810 is grown in Europe for animal feed and
in many places, including the US, around the world for human food.

8. Merck's Gardasil vaccine causes death, collapse and chronic illness
in young woman and girls, including a new, never-before described
"disease" called Juvenile ALS, a fatal condition in which the nervous
system is slowly destroyed while consciousness remains unimpaired.
This vaccine increases cervical cancer by 44.7% in women and girls who
already have Human Papilloma Virus. Cervical Cancer is easily detected
and cured in early stages and is not a major killer of women. Gardasil
contains substances which may cause sterility in women receiving it and
any protection lasts only a few years, so 9 year olds will probably not
be sexually active by the time this protection has worn off. (Fact,

9. Baxter International Inc. was in the process of applying for a
contract to provide Avian Flu vaccines to European countries in the
event of an Avian Flu epidemic. Its Austrian laboratory shipped
Seasonal Flu vaccines to 18 countries in Europe. A laboratory
technician tested the Baxter Seasonal Flu vaccines sent to the Czech
Republic and discovered that they were contaminated with a highly
pathogenic version of the Avian Flu, 72 Kilograms of it, although Level
3 precautions were in place and such contamination "could not have
happened accidentally" according to experts in the field. No
documentation of the destruction of this highly infective material has
been provided although the Austrian Health Ministry insists that the
deadly viral material was destroyed. (Fact, 2008, 2009)

10. A WHO investigation into the Baxter contaminated vaccine issue
resulted in NO findings and in NO disciplinary actions. An Austrian
investigation into the same events yielded the same results. (Fact,
2009)

11. Baxter has been rewarded with a lead role in developing, producing
and disseminating the Swine Flu vaccine for the upcoming pandemic.
(Fact, 2009)

12. Swine Flu was first identified to the public as a serious problem
in April/May 2009 when 168 persons in Mexico were confirmed by CDC and
WHO to have died from the Swine Flu. This number was later revised
downward to only 16 deaths. (Fact, 2009)

13. It normally takes a minimum of 12 to 18 months to create a vaccine
after a specific virus has been identified. (Fact)

14. The US Government has spent more than a billion dollars to develop
and to make available the Swine flu vaccine for a disease which poses
no significant health threat. (Fact, 2009)

15. The "Seed Culture" for the Swine Flu virus was provided to vaccine
companies in May, 2009. Baxter International Inc. announced in June,
2009 that they would have their vaccine ready in July, 2009 . (Fact,
2009)

16. A WHO container of Swine Flu virus from Mexico City exploded on a
passenger train in Luzon, Switzerland. All of the current Swiss cases
of Swine Flu are from the area where the explosion took place. It is
illegal to ship pathogenic viruses in this way. (Fact, 2009)

17. A significant number of virologists and other scientists are on
record stating that the Swine Flu was created in a laboratory and could
not evolve naturally. (Fact, 2009)

2009 that they would do so "beginning with those who want it". (Fact,

4. Many people have reported that they have received calls at home or
at work from agencies of the US Government inquiring about the "number
of unvaccinated children in the household". (Fact, 2009)

5. The United States, Norway, Sweden, Austria and other countries have
announced that in case of a Swine Flu pandemic all health and security
authority shall revert to teams and command centers run by the WHO.

6. Every recent major event like 9/11, the Madrid bombings or the
London bombings has been accompanied by a materially identical
"training exercise" simulating the actual event involving, confusing

allow an exemption into the bill -- breaching their hard line position
that all food producers were to be treated like industrialized Agrabiz.
That exemption covers any "food (i) produced on a farm; and (ii) sold ...directly to a consumer or restaurant." While
it is not as strong as we'd advise (actually, we advise that the bill
be defeated!) we were the first to call for explicit protective
language for family farms, natural, organic, home, etc. food production
and processing -- and your Push Back made this exemption possible! The
bill must still be defeated, but along the way, we want to see the
exemptions strengthened!

NOW
is the time to pour on the Push Back heat. Now, when every member of
Congress and State Legislature is aware of these issues. Now, while
the horrifying FDA-Can-Declare-Martial-Law-And-Seize-Your-Property
HR 2749 is being treated as if it were not controversial, now, while
the phony "Swine Flu" is on everyone's lips (even under their masks!),
NOW is the moment when our Push Back, coupled with helping every single
person you know to take similar action, can have the greatest impact.

Self-Shielding is Your Right!

You know that Health
and Health Freedom are under multiple attacks, rather like a castle
being attacked by infantry swarming over the walls, catapults slamming
into the towers, corpses dumped into the wells to poison the water and
flaming arrows arcing high over the walls to land in the thatch roofs
of the homes within the walls.

Under
Common Law, which the Constitution of these United States says is to be
respected, your Home IS your Castle and you are inviolate within it.
Both the UN Declaration of Universal Rights and the Geneva Conventions
agree. But, just as so many other protections and strong walls of
freedom are being breached, so your home is about to be breeched. Under
current legislation, there will be no vaccine exemptions for any
reason. You will either take the vaccine, weaponized and dangerous as
it is, or you run the very real risk of relocation, incarceration,
isolation, quarantine and God knows what else. One thing for sure, a
vaccine refuser will be viewed as somehow disloyal and there is no
reason to think the food, conditions or treatment will support your
health!

Like
a prophet running around in rags inside the castle being breached
sobbing, "Repent ye, repent ye", there are well-meaning people propagating
petitions to refuse vaccines which have the right sentiment, but no
political impact whatsoever. There are well meaning people telling you
that because 48 States have vaccine exemption options, the "Pandemic
Emergency"vaccination will, too. They are governed by different laws
and we believe that there will be no exemptions for them.

Taken
together with the fact that virtually every country of which we are
aware is either ordering 2 shots of the untested, unsafe and
unnecessary Swine Flu vaccine from some vaccine company or other (and
there are apparently 89 different Swine Flu vaccine trials running at
the moment!) the race is on to corral us all into either a vaccination
line or a relocation line.

These
are the vaccines that the FDA wants you to believe are, along with
Tamiflu and its cousin Relenza, the ONLY ways to protect and treat
Swine Flu. You remember that I told you in one of my earlier reports
that we are no longer permitted to discuss Nano silver in this light,
so we are not discussing it in that light. But I want you to know that

has no known toxicity in any person of any age or health condition. I

CHILDREN FIRST!

Make
no mistake: Health Canada, the US and Scotland have said that children
will be first. I personally am concerned that the White House-directed
$714M GPS marking of every door in
America (with a list of who lives behind that door) plus the phone
calls that we are told were received many homes over
the last months asking how many unvaccinated children live in the home
may mean that YOU might be able to refuse vaccination and accept the
consequences, but children will not be permitted to have their
vaccination refused by parents and they may be either mandatorily
vaccinated in public schools OR removed from the home if their parents
refuse.

The
fact is, governments are getting ready to turn over their health,
police and other powers to the WHO/UN (aka "the New World Order") now
that their PPP (Planned Pandemic Pretext) is being activated. Jane
Burgermeister, the courageous journalist who has filed criminal charges
over what she says is genocidal intent by drug companies and
governments reports:

F.E.M.A. is planning nationwide terrorism drills in the United States
set to begin on July 27th, 2009.... [9/11, 7/7, the Madrid Bombings and
other disasters have all occurred during virtually nearly identical
"exercises" involving those responders and troops who would otherwise
focus on an event of their magnitude and suddenness - REL]


In
the event of a pandemic declaration, WHO will coordinate the activities
of Homeland Security and FEMA from a special pandemic control room
linked to supercomputers of the UN security forces which appear set to
be the the nerve center for any operation to transport large numbers of
Americans by rail or road to the FEMA camps or [to or - REL] from
special quarantine centers [to be - REL] set up at 19 airports.

Any
systematic and sustained disruption to the operation of the WHO
pandemic control room, of Homeland Security and FEMA headquarters or of
the logistics of its units, of railways or other transport
infrastructure leading to FEMA camps would be a severe blow to any
covert mission to mass murder Americans and leave the country to be
occupied by foreign troops under the direction of WHO and the UN. [This

SWEDEN: Sweden has ordered two doses of Swine Flu Vaccine per person (18 million). The
Swedish authority that deals with disease control says on their website
that in case of a pandemic there will be "cooperation" with the EU
and WHO. Sweden's pandemic plan indicates special pandemic "crisis
management committees" will be given significant emergency powers in
the event of a pandemic and be able to usurp the authority of other
branches of local and national government, and will apparently also be

AUSTRIA:
Under Austria's Influenza Pandemic Plan of 2005, WHO and the EU are set
to take charge of Austria via a special crisis management team (SKKM)
to be set up in the Federal Ministry of Interior in the event of a
"pandemic" emergency. Inoculating the entire Austrian
population with (Baxter) shots is a declared objective of the SKKM. The
injections will contain a mix of "whole virus", mercury and adjuvants -

AMERICAN OIL

We continue to be driven by an agenda
focused in part by alternative energy.  We are told the purpose is
two fold, to be more environmentally friendly and to reduce our
dependence on foreign oil.  I have written in past newsletters about
the environmental side of this debate.  For example how ethanol
actually takes more energy to create than we save by using it and about
how it makes no sense to take land out of food production for this
purpose.  We even had acknowledgement on the Senate floor about how
corn based ethanol will never work.  Unfortunately that statement
was followed up with the claim that cellulosic ethanol, which has even
less sugar than corn, might be the answer.  We seem to be
chasing the next, greatest, unproven solution.  The fact is oil is
more environmentally friendly than this alternative and will be for the
foreseeable future.


This brings us to the issue of our
dependence on foreign oil.  I received an e-mail on the subject,
complete with links to the USGS for verification.  These are not my
words, but I do agree with the points being made.  I thought I would
share this e-mail with you verbatim to hopefully give you a look into
potential solutions to this problem that differ greatly from current US
energy policy.

The U. S. Geological Service issued a report in April ('08) that only
scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big.  It was
a revised report (hadn't been updated since '95) on how much oil was in
this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota; western South Dakota; and
extreme eastern Montana ..... check THIS out:


The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska 's Prudhoe
Bay, and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on
foreign oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it
at 503 billion barrels.  Even if just 10% of the oil is
recoverable... at $107 a barrel, we're looking at a resource base worth
more than $5.3 trillion.


'When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see
their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea.' says Terry Johnson, the
Montana Legislature's financial analyst.


'This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field
found in the past 56 years.' reports, The Pittsburgh Post
Gazette.  It's a formation known as the Williston Basin , but is
more commonly referred to as the 'Bakken.'  And it stretches from
Northern Montana, through North Dakota and into Canada. For years, U. S.
oil exploration has been considered a dead end.  Even the 'Big Oil'
companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades ago. 
However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken's
massive reserves....and we now have access of up to 500 billion
barrels.  And because this is light, sweet oil, those
billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!



That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 41 years
straight.

off-shore drilling?


They reported this stunning news:  We have more oil inside our
borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth. Here are the
official estimates:


- 8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia

- 18-times as much oil as Iraq

- 21-times as much oil as Kuwait

- 22-times as much oil as Iran

- 500-times as much oil as Yemen

- and it's all right here in the Western United States ...


HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the
environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America
become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of
people dictate our lives and our economy......WHY?


James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in
this very compact area than the entire Middle East-more than 2 TRILLION
barrels untapped.  That's more than all the proven oil reserves of
crude oil in the world today, reports The Denver Post.


Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price - even with this find?  Think
again!  It's all about the competitive marketplace, - it has to.
Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists?
